30 seconds out of every minutes!! COO-COO !!? hey. okay so i live in los angeles and yesterday they put up those %26quot;handicap%26quot; crosswalks for blind people that make a %26quot;coocoo coocoo coocoo%26quot; sound when they can cross and a %26quot;chirp chirp chirp %26quot; when they cant! guess what...it goes off ALL NIGHT AND ALL DAY. honestly how many blind people live here...out of all the people who can see only a few im sure yet EVERYONE has to suffer. I didnt get ANY sleep...sounded like im being waken up by a coocoo clock every minute!...cant they spend our tax money somewhere else...like lets say education...also what can i do? already made a complaint to city...its just not right. there are residential houses, apartments all in this area...yet for maximum 5 people all of us thousands cant sleep.!

thats horrible you should try and think of a way to fix the problem like telling them to make it softer or even just softer at night or anything but yeah instead of just being negative and saying like its a bad idea try being positive and saying to think of other ideas because its a major problem if you cant get any sleep at all. 67% 2 Votes

• i am so sorry! hahaa but its kinda funny....hahahaa ok sorry. i feel bad for you. try writing a letter of complaint to the city and have your neighbors and anyone else bothered it to sign the letter. hopefully the city can compromise and only have it on during business hours or sometime more appropriate than the middle of the night! if that doesnt work i suppose getting new sound-proof windows would be a good investment. good luck! 33% 1 Vote
