I don%26#039;t know some of the common names you use but peyote is fine if you don%26#039;t ingest it. Cactus is no problem unless you touch it (and isn%26#039;t native to Africa anyway). Monitors are big, foul-tempered, and have nasty claws. Scorpions can sting. Vultures are not much of a problem unless you are dead or dying. Locusts are dangerous to crops but are supposedly edible. Never tried one myself.
