You can get small photo-voltaic cells, but the question would be which direction do your windows face. You would need south facing windows to have the best affect. Also, I don%26#039;t imagine the apartment buildings owner would allow you to permanently mount anything,so I would imagine that you would have to pick a cell that can be temporarily mounted.
