Weather is ever changing and even meterologist (weather forcaster) can predict weather as far off as 1 to 2 weeks and still will be wrong.

It%26#039;s best to have your sweet sixteen birthday party on your actually birthday. If your birthday falls in the middle of a week then chose the weekend before or after. It seems more festive if it%26#039;s on your actual date of birth. Have two alternate plans one that the party can be set outdoors and have a alternate plan if the weather gets bad.
