It would be a real big help if I got real good information on this. I need it before Monday next week.
Thanks!

Hot grease fires generally need a fire extinguisher, preferable a CO2 type extinguisher. Not many homes have these but a dry powder extinguisher will also work. I keep one in the garage. When you say clothing let%26#039;s assume someone is wearing it. Get them on the ground, FAST, and roll them to smother the flames. If you have a jacket or heavy shirt at hand you can also use that to smother the flames.
Wind blown sparks, stop the source of the sparks first, if possible. Then go after the sparks that have that have landed in the vegetation. If water is available, use that. If not, but a shovel is, use that to throw dirt on the sparks.

Call your local fire department. They usually have someone that does this exact kind of presentation in elementary schools. I%26#039;m sure they%26#039;d be happy to help.
