Did they fall 1 short of the 101 needed, or did they meet the 249 something, or something else entirely... if anyone knows the answer, it would be much appreciated, thanks!

well, i think they never reached that goal because some reports says they are still struggling to lessen pollution. looks like the sites of olympic games are polluted. reports say that pollution in beijing is five times as much as the required standard. anyway, that is recent reports but there would be an improvement of course. in my view, they did not reached it.have a nice day! 100% 5 Votes
