Earth will stand and continue to be alive...as it has been since God created it...BUT we, as a predatory civilization will be extinct quick...so its our fault we all will not exist soon (by soon I mean maybe 100 or so years)...To stop it?...Ask Al Gore...follow his wisdom...spread the word of Greenpeace...do something... 100% 1 Vote

• I think the world can end everytime when it%26#039;s gonna be,i didn%26#039;t mean that the whole earth will be gone and vanished,it is not yet the end of the earth because the sun is still there and it is in the young adult stage so it will be very very long time,like what i said the world can end everytime,it is because if you have many many problems and you don%26#039;t know what should do next,so you have on your mind that it is the end of the world,so that is what i meant

• I do not believe that we face complete extinction soon. But circumstances could be difficult enough to produce major population reductions.
  
  We may or may not have an opportunity to change this. That is, if we were to reduce CO2 emissions from fossil fuels by 75% for a century, we might be able to stop it, On the other hand we would still have a lot of fossil fuels unburned, another generation or several could use them for high priority uses.
  
  But we will not do that. We have people whose jobs and livelihoods depend on keeping us using those fossil fuels. If we take any action to even try to stop global warming, these people will make sure we have incentives to keep on using.
  
  This is to say, whether we might or might not be able to stop GW, we will choose to waste our dwindling global supply of fossil fuels to enable us to fill more landfill sites with useless garbage. 0% 0 Votes
