worst is on recycling day and the no mind air headed boneheads that have sh*t for brains put papers out loose at the curd side for the pick up, but by the time the truck comes by 6hrs later the wind has the papers all over the neighbourhood

Yes. I suggest saving them up and mailing them back to whomever left them on your yard.

Use a no junk mail sign.

I get the local paper, but I don%26#039;t have a subscription. I gave up telling them I don%26#039;t want it. They still call me and ask if I%26#039;d like to recieve the paper. After they tell me about their fantastic discount offer, I tell ask them, %26quot;Why should I pay for it when you already deliver it for free?%26quot; They still deliver it and they%26#039;ve never sent me a bill. I finally started mixing it, along with all the other trash that ends up in my yard or mail box, into my mulch pile.
