I%26#039;m all but convinced that, had we started to bottle the offending gasses, Australia would not have had to sign the Kyoto agreement. But then again, if we had, we could%26#039;ve had other nations%26#039; armed forces snooping about looking for our %26#039;chemical / biological weapons%26#039;.
I%26#039;m thinking about writing to the EPA (Environmental Protection Authority), but I%26#039;m not sure how they would respond.
