Do you think my friend is contributing substantially to global warming? He has a reputation for being able to clear a room in a few seconds using his %26#039;emissions%26#039;.

I%26#039;m all but convinced that, had we started to bottle the offending gasses, Australia would not have had to sign the Kyoto agreement. But then again, if we had, we could%26#039;ve had other nations%26#039; armed forces snooping about looking for our %26#039;chemical / biological weapons%26#039;.

I%26#039;m thinking about writing to the EPA (Environmental Protection Authority), but I%26#039;m not sure how they would respond.

(p.s. I really hope that no-one takes the question seriously, but I%26#039;m very interested to see your answers)

maybe, if they set him up with a bunch of little hamsters on a little wheel, who knows? He could light a TOWN!
