The world is overpopulated. But if we stop trying to make every country an industrialized society. Then maybe the world won%26#039;t be so overpopulated.

No, we do not have enough people on the planet. The planet is not full. There is plenty of room for more people.

there are many population problems. lets take the city Uttar Pradesh in India. it is the size of colorado. colorado has a population of about 4 MILLION. Uttar Pradesh has a population of 177 MILLION!!! now this is not the only place with population problems. Japans is actually going down. they have a huge number of elderly, but some elementary school classes have one solo child in them.
basically each country (including ours) needs to be educated on their problem. some just dont have the knowledge of their problem due to some situations. when we know our problem, we can work to a solution.
MAVERICK-- LETS BE POLITICALLY CORRECT, THEY ARE NOT %26quot;3RD WORLD COUNTRIES,%26quot; BUT %26quot;DEVELOPING%26quot; YOU SAID YOU WROTE A COLLEGE PAPER, DUE TO THE FACT YOU DIDNT KNOW YOUR MISTAKE, YOU JUST SHOWED HOW OLD YOU ARE, OR HOW IGNORANT YOU ARE. OR BOTH.
%26quot;The People Paradox%26quot; video.

Yes, I think the world is over populated. I actually wrote a paper about this in one of my college english classes. The research I found out was that in countries that are developed like the USA, the population tends to stay the same or even go down due to work, environment, money, etc. In countries that are developing their population INCREASES almost expontially due to the fact that they have medical devices to live longer and are healthier and have contraceptive technology but don%26#039;t use it because the need for more children to produce more economy is deemed necessary. And in 3rd world countries population tends to increase at a moderate pace because the birth mortality rate is huge and the average life expectancy is low.
But overall the world has a population capacity for each of the living organisims on this planet, why not one for the human race? From my research the world can only care for about 5 billion to 8 billion people and we are in that range. In order to combat population rise...it does sound unethical but it is natural selection....is to stop helping countries who cant support themselves. It isn%26#039;t other countries responsibility for other countries mishaps. That is one way of fighting it...and I think it would work. A world food bank is totally for a type of %26quot;welfare%26quot; for underdevopled countries because they use it up and their population booms at the expense of other countries..
The simple fact is if you can%26#039;t take care of your self why have kids or populate more? It is just moronic. But organizations like the UN promote that and it is sad.
Due to the fact that some people are calling me out I found it interesting to offer my side. Do you know the difference between developing and 3rd world countries? I think not. Please take a sociology class at the college level and maybe you will become better educated. Here is a brief lesson: 3rd world means a country who is %26quot;under-developed%26quot; in economics, politics, and in society aspects. A %26quot;developing%26quot; country is one with a small industrial base and some economic development. And they also sport market systems which 3rd world countries DO NOT have.
So before you call out me and accuse me of being immature or ignorant get your facts straight and get an education. Oh and by the way I got an A in the class as well as the paper so I do know what I am talking about. I hope you feel moronic now because that is what you sound like.

yes the world is becoming overpopulated...the human race is like a virus that can only survive by moving to a new location after using up all of the resources in one location.
therefore we must colonize other planets....unfortunately we are so far away from this that even if a huge global effort started tomorrow, we would probably all die out before that dream was fulfilled
