Yes, they have so many branches and the only way to know for sure if a company does not test is to look on the box if it dows not say it then it does. Also if it says the finished product is not tested that just means that they did not test all those ingredients together, but the individual ingredients most likely were. I am a vegan from birth and a animal rights activest so i know any and every thing thats bad. There are so many companies that still and never will stop testing so you need to watch out!Hope this helps!
