Does water have skin? Ok this kid at my school said that water has skin(not real skin but like a layer blockign the water). That is why you hit the water so hard; but if you throw a quarter in and break the skin(layer) you wont get hurt(splat. belly flops etc). But hell i doubt its true so I was wondering if it is.
