Greenhouse gas emissions? Why is it that oil producing countries such as Saudi Arabia produce so much green house gases per capita?

It is still so low it is nothing and the plants are working on it. It is normally measured as 300 ppm. Now change that to percent of our air. It looks to Me like .0003%. With all this so called increas it has not decreased oxygen level as it is 20.9%. 100% 1 Vote
