How can I block noise made by other cube mates? I work in a cube in a very busy office. How can I block out or limit the noise? I use ear plugs but after a while, it gets irritating. I am unable to hang things on the wall. Any suggestions?

dont use ear plugs. use noise reduction ear protectors. like the ones they use on the airports. they are extremly comfortable and cheap. (you will find in home depot) but ugly. jijiji

Years ago I had a similar experience. I bought a small inexpensive radio with headset. It worked like magic!

Are you able to listen to music? If so, I would suggest an ipod or radio or something.
