How can I recycle my plastic shower curtain?

I put them in my wood stove. They provide lots more btu%26#039;s per pound than wood and leave little ash. Besides if you take them to the dump station they most likely will be burned to produce electricity. In itself that is recycling as you used it to produce something else....Electricity or heat.

I would not be caught dead covering my BBQ with an old shower curtain :) 100% 1 Vote

• I wrapped my window ac unit with it. Kept the cold out.
  
  I had one covering BBQ grills, it keeps the wet out and you can strike up that old grill in minutes.

• i put little holes all over so the water can soak threw it and used my old one in my flower bed to control the weeds, just put holes in and covered with dirt plants my tomotes and pepper plants, they were delicous last yr. going to plant in the same spot this yr. hope this helps 0% 0 Votes

• re use it as a handy light waterproof cover, e.g. will just fit over a bicycle, or in the garden generally, or as a tablecloth for the kitchen table? or even make a poncho out of it! 0% 0 Votes
