Pedo%26#039;s are everywhere. Just normal people, you probably talk to one everyday. Freak i know. It%26#039;s not illegal to be one as it is a sexuality. 99.999% would never offend. But people who commit crimes such as rape, abuse etc.. they are the ones who need to be dealt with. 645 sounds like a lot. I didn%26#039;t even know there were that many offenders!!
