How much does used vegetable oil sell for? How exactly would you store vegetable oil if you got it from a restaurant? Is it possible to make a profit by collected it from places and then selling it to biodesiel manufactures?

Man do you know how much in taxes and other permits you%26#039;re going to pay to become a fuel supplier? You%26#039;ll have to get all sorts of hazmat permits and zoning variances it%26#039;s just not worth it for a business.

Now if you%26#039;re just making enough fuel for yourself and maybe a buddy or two who have bio-diesel converted cars; then you%26#039;ll be sufficiently under the radar so to speak. Either way a lot of restaurants will sell used veggie oil for next to nothing but then you will have to process it at your expense on your own premises. It%26#039;s worth it in the long run but legally you can%26#039;t sell it because you%26#039;re not paying taxes on it. I%26#039;ve had the same thoughts myself and checked it out. 100% 1 Vote
