i am really happy to know that youngsters like you are getting knowledgeable and concerned about the environment.
do not worry.every good project takes time and one has to face lot of frustration.
so what i suggest is the following.
1- your group should plan a weekly demonstration of your true concern by carrying out some activity or the other in your community dealing with eco friendly activities.
2-gather as much information as possible and hold group discussions in your school/ neighborhood. involve your parents as they will be able to shell out for the refreshments.
slowly your movement will develop momentum.

well you can put poster up and see if you can put a stand outside and have some treats. maybe when joining the club you can offer them something like those who are part of the club get free food and go on field trips and awards in competitions, at my college we do all that stuff and our college gives us a budget 0% 0 Votes
