I am writing an essay about a new antarctic treaty. I have to include these things: caring for the environment, how it would be enforced etc., which activities would be banned. Please help asap. Thank you!

• Sorry there is almost no one there to affect the environment. It is a place that can be very cold. They were working on an antenna and it was only 60 deg.F. below zero. They moved the cable a little and it turned into powder. Most things we know will not work in the cold.
