I have land on road side ,can i park my caravan there with out planning? me and my brothers have a caravan each 3 of us ,can we put them in are fild thay are not lived in we may take them away once a year,but the councel say thay got to go,do i put them on road side out side can that be down ta ps the land is not lived on just a meadow on road side
