I was just stung by a big black bug and i dont know what it is? it was big and black and now i have 5 sting marks on my hand, i think it did it with its feet because it landed on me and stung me i tried to shake it off and it wouldnt get off, now i have 5 sting marks on my hand and it hurts really bad, what the hell did this to me?

i live near st. louis on the illinois side, i have never seen anything like this before
