If someone were to enter a water tower? What if someone were to enter a water tower to go swimming in the United States, and they got sucked through the big tube that runs down the middle of it, where would they go? The tube goes straight underground. Where would that person end up?

The tube down the middle is big enough for a person to go through without being stuck.

  • The water in a water tower does not go down very quickly. It would not create a big vortex sucking one down. But I think all water towers have a barrier made of metal rods across the neck of the tower to prevent entry of any floating debris.
One would not thus be drawn into the standpipe.

But, please don%26#039;t go in there, just as you would never stand at the top and pee into it. 0% 0 Votes
  • As the pipes get farther away from the tower they get smaller because of being split up to go in different directions so eventually you would get stuck in a smaller pipe. 0% 0 Votes
  • as it goes much deeper the atmospheric pressure of water will rise up and person will die 0% 0 Votes
