Mostly yes.The reservations with large casinos have restaurants in and around the casino including fast food, Krispy Kreme, and major semi-quick chains like Ruby%26#039;s, sometimes a steakhouse or two. Typically these are for tourists and gamblers, you don%26#039;t normally see a family from the res eating here except for special occassions maybe.
Nearly all reservations will have at minimum a general store or a convenience store. Some of the smaller reservations the groceries will be just off the res land. Some also have food co-ops. The people may shop in these or they may go off res.
All of the ones I%26#039;ve been to have their own police and fire departments with auto shops and gas stations. several visits to reservations in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
Work in restaurant construction - have worked on res projects.

dou you realize that some Native American tribes have Gross National Products (GNP) higher than most of the countries in north america? the US, Canada, Mexico, then 2 Native American Tribes.
It all depends on how every individual in the US takes responsibility and make something of themselves.
OH, on some reservations they have everything you%26#039;d expect from a rural area. -
I%26#039;m not exactly sure, but the ones I have been on did have some thriving businesses but there are still plenty who are living in 3rd world conditions, right here in the heart of the most properous country in the world(?) and some don%26#039;t even have running water! It disgusts me to the core when I hear how Our Government is still to this very day screwing the red man out of a healthy existance. Don%26#039;t get me started - or do.

Indian Reservations have everything a normal rural-ish city would have, except all of them are ****-holes.
