Well, if it is type of fox native to Ohio...no. Call your local fish and game office if it%26#039;s possible to keep a non native fox as a pet, these laws vary state to state.

Um, bad idea though. There%26#039;s a reason why foxes and all sorts of animals aren%26#039;t kept as pets...they can%26#039;t be domesticated. Your fox would be a terribly terribly unhappy caged animal at best. At best. Get a dog. :)
