when everyones asleep or almost everyone i have a feeling that someones in our house.. is this normal?

agh im 16, i had this feeling when i was 13 though it went away and now its back, we have a guard dog who bit me a long time ago so it makes me feel safer knowing how hard he can bite but it wasnt good that he bit me, ugh how do i get rid of the feeling though thats my main question :[

Totally, I sometimes have to take a quick look over my shoulder because I have the feeling somethign is behind me. Just start doing something you enjoy on your computer or anything else for that matter. Trust me you will forget right about it ;) or crank the tunes. Well on the second thought might not be a good idea unless your in the basement like me xD Anyways good luck!

well how old r u? cuz when i was like 12 i got that feeling all the time. like someone is watching you or behind you. the one thing that always helped me was my dog cuz i knew that no one could get in the house with out her freaking out. i knew no one was there but i just got a feeling like there was. now im 15 and sometimes still get it but only after watching a freaky or scary movie. so i hope this helped cuz i know how ya feel!!!
