Is japan an eco hero or eco villain? need this for AP Environmental Science. and need the reason why, thank you

I love seeing thier little rice paddies or vegi gardens in front of tiny houses instead of lawns or a larger garden in the middle of an industrial area there. Kinda like the victory gardens of the US in the 40%26#039;s. 0% 0 Votes
There is no such thing as an eco hero or villain.
But...
I%26#039;d say they would be a hero saying that they have a high percentage of their electricity from Clean Nuclear Power Plants.
And...
They take care of their forests and they fish alot but they don%26#039;t overfish. 0% 0 Votes
the japanese industries are very thoughtful . ie , motor cars they were one of the first to built lean burning engines , years before we decided to talk about it . even their farmings , foods and wastes. 0% 0 Votes
