For me personally, i don%26#039;t really think so... but yeah if i%26#039;m really in love, i guess it is pretty romantic.
Actually rain itself isn%26#039;t romantic if you just think about it. No one likes rain... but if you were to say loves scenes or kissing scenes under the rain. Yeah, that%26#039;s pretty romantic. They love each other so much that they would rather get wet. Yeah, sleeping while raining is feel good. I like the lightning and thunder!!!

• I believe it is romantic. You see on movies characters always having a moment in the rain kissing. Then you get that feeling of wanting the same thing. I do enjoy listening to it rain while I go to sleep tho. The most relaxing thing ever.
