Yeah, I like the cold side, too, even in cold weather, as long as the rest of my body is warm enough to be comfortable (98.6?). I%26#039;ve often wondered about this peculiarity and I propose that my head gets uncomfortably hot, seeing that, other than wearing a hat (I never do), this is the only extended period of time we spend when our heads don%26#039;t have the 360 degree freedom of dissipating heat. That is, no matter how one sleeps, back side or stomach, about 25% of our heads can%26#039;t breathe or ventilate, and for people like us, this can get quite uncomfortable. In fact, I get so uncomfortable that I actually get awakened when it%26#039;s time to turn the pillow to its cooler side.
