I heard that Scientists, created something that can move the rains%26#039; location.
But if this is true.. Why don%26#039;t they use this new invention, to help increase our dam levels... By moving the rain to, where we need it the most (dam)... that%26#039;s what i don%26#039;t really get..
So what are they waiting for?? are they running tests to see if it has negative impacts to the environment??? or they never though about this???
Please tell me what you know, or feel...

It is too costly for making man-made rain to full the reservoir. The best bet is to try the scientific and environment wise method as described.

there is the large rockets used in testing by nasa that were found to in collaboration with the noise cancellation system used - read oxygen barrier- created clouds. So possible but very expensive.
My personal suggestion is desalination plants which could easily be powered by the sun and then large, and purposefully leaky(!) pipes could use solar power and evaporation to bring that water from the coast to the inner parts of Australia. -
It is not a matter of moving the rains location, cloud seeding, is used to cause rain clouds to rain early, it is expensive and not always accurate.
usually done with airplanes flying over the clouds and dropping water on the clouds to make them release their rain early. jcms
