there a vibration through floors when it does causes a very bad itchyness and stomach aches. its not AC and no sounds but a humming. but it is disturbing anybody know what he is doing? i have a lease, cant leave without serious charges. and i have complained talk everything. he is a sneaky person that uses his kid and wife to make noise, which ive heard him say. different policemen have come over and wont do anything. and obviously when they are there they cant hear anything. only people is a few friends spouse and father inlaw feel it.need to know where to look before i make another complaint.
