Neighbors trees destroying my sheds an carport? how do you get the owner of the property next to you, that lives in another state, to maintain there rental property....trimming trees, pest infestation, upkeep maintenance? Ive had to pay people hundreds of dollars to keep her overgrown brush and weed trees from damaging my out buildings, my insurance won%26#039;t cover her trees falling on my sheds, Please help!!

If a branch extends over the property line, it is yours to do with as you want. If there is a problem on the other side of the property line, contact your municipality to find out what legal remedies you have.
