No, not where I currently live -- it%26#039;s illegal to sell them or set them off within my city limits, and that tends to keep the noise level down. There are still obviously people breaking the law, but not a ton of them.The town I used to live in didn%26#039;t have any rules above the state%26#039;s allowed time period for selling them. Yes, it did get a bit annoying there. . . the 2nd to about the 6th were just wonderful. Then you%26#039;d get to drive through the remains in the morning, because everyone would set them off in the middle of the side residential streets.

When they are in a quiet neighborhood and its randomly during the night by those that have sneaked them in from the southern border, sometimes..ya.
But for the most part, i%26#039;m mad that my state (california) doesn%26#039;t allow them for the most part. Sure, Sure, I know, the dry conditions of the forest blah blah blah blah.
But if they were legal, then people more than likely wouldn%26#039;t be going to the forest or hiden area%26#039;s to light them off now would they.
The fire code provides the requirements and the dimentions of a suitable place to set off fireworks yet many states and cities....including Minnesota last time i checked, took the expedient route and just banned them. What a bunch of wet blankets. Some of us like to celebrate independance day right. -
No. They don%26#039;t do it enough to be a bother to me. Just July 4 and new year. But if it really was many times a day for weeks at a time then I would be annoyed.

They go off all around me at this time of year. I%26#039;m all for a free fireworks show, it%26#039;s their money (and a lot of it) not mine. ;c)

I think people should be able to let one of whenever the hell they want, it%26#039;s our right. -
No it%26#039;s not annoying because I use fireworks year round.
