So I tried going near a powerplant...? To go fishing/crabbing, where we use to. Sounds weird, but it%26#039;s all open there and there is no houses. Anyway, like we thought, there is now guards there restricting access past a certain point because of 9/11, which is before the area where you go to fish/crab. My question is, will this ever change again or will we never be able to go back there again?

Possibly. But quite unlikely. A better idea would be to find a different place to fish.
