Tap water in Ponce, PR? Would you drink the tap water in Ponce, PR? It use to smell a lot like soil, but now I%26#039;ve been smelling a lot of chlorine, and that%26#039;s just the stuff one can smell. What do you think?

if the water has a high turbidity problem(organic material/sediments)that would give it the earthy aroma,now if the water treatment plant tries to compensate by adding more chlorine to the water to kill of the bacteria and other organisms that may accompany the turbidity I would not drink the water from the tap before boiling it 60% 3 Votes
