What are you even talking about? Methane is a process that has to be created by the digestion by enzymes, leaves falling off a tree and rotting releases Co2 not methane......
That%26#039;s why when you fart you can set it on fire. If you do not believe me just do your own experiment by putting leaves in a sealed container, let them rot and see if the gas that is emitted is methane. You will find it will NOT burn. 100% 5 Votes
