How about building Hydorgen generating systems in our homes to generate power? This would greatly reduce power demands by reducing usage of oil and gas to create electricity. Excess energy would be sold back to the power companies.
Be combining this with building Hydrogen generating plants at Fueling stations and Power plants will take us into the future not addicted to Oil .

Thermal and solar sources are great, but solar panels are very inefficient at the present time. At the present time our only source of hydrogen is from a manufacturing process known as electrolysis. It takes huge amounts of electrical energy which comes from coal or oil etc 50% 2 VotesOther Answers (1)

i have thought about recently considerin havin solar panels put on my roff for the energy to go to a hot water tank that runs besides my gas combi boiler which would mean i would only have to use my boiler in winter when i can not get the energy that is needed to keep my house warm but it would cost me about £3000 - £5000 which im sorry i havent got.
