The best manner to keep the streets clean is to begin taking the trash to the dump yourself, and promoting composting amongst your neighbours and neighbourhood. Composting will help to reduce the organic matter and weight in the trash and will help you all to grow your gardens. It%26#039;s a good way to help keep the stink out as well, because the bacteria and vermin have nothing to eat in the garbage itself anymore.Obviously, the best way to keep it clean is to prevent this from happening in the first place. Take it to the dump yourself, gets rid of the rubbish and the smell, if thats not possible, try spraying some glen 20 or oust around and on your bin, will helps to kill the odours and bacteria that causes the odours, hope this helps, goodluck! :)

I have private corporation that I pay for every month. If they decide to go on strike, I just fire them and hire another company that will come and pick up my trash.

hmm.....all da neighbours must contribute..nd help in da cleaning...nd welll make sure dat watever wastes u dispose from ur home...it should be placed at ryt place....
