We should be a lot more proactive, ensuring there will be far more than adequate water supplies, not just enough to flush the toilet but to irrigate our forests and or orchards, our food producing lands.
If we concentrate on telling people to conserve water and ignore our needs to irrigate extensively, then we will have far, far too little.
