Saw this on TV and this man sorts all his rubbish out into all the bins provided, good for the environment, and they fine him for filling his household bin with the correct rubbish. If I was him I would not bother anymore as this lot do not deserve him. Stupid people and its a pity they have nothing better to do....I could take them to a few areas in my City where they throw it all over the place....and the Council sweep it all up....Have a guess where these are...??

• It is pathetic that a man should be fined because his black bin lid was slightly opened. He had several children and because of this he should have been supplied with an extra facility. Being a family man he could have done without such a fine being imposed upon him.
  
  It is a pity that councils don`t deal with matters of a much more serious nature.
