What are the dangers of nuclear energy? Is it more effective than natural fuels. Is it safer for the environment?

Now days nuclear energy use wrong methods and only can be used for high resources countries, the Tesla method can be used for any poor country without damage the ecology and can be used for portable and mobile applications.
