just for the hell of it i started collecting 2012 prophesies of doom and there are loads of them ,from different places and,different points in time .
Although some predictions merely meant the End of the Age or Era of Pisces and the birth of Aquarius.

Christians will dismiss all of this off hand,because it makes the bible look silly,But the Annunaki are mentioned by just about every Ancient civilization from across the planet.

It is an asteriod. 2012 is a time that the Myan civilization and the I Ching Oracle point to as an %26#039;end of an era%26#039;. Also that year our Sun lines up with the center of our universe on December 21st. Although this has happened before in earth%26#039;s history.
In the Bible it speaks of a Great Tribulation that will effect the earth in the last days. Jesus said unless these days were cut short no flesh would be saved. But he was speaking of the wicked ones that will be destroyed for the %26#039;meek shall inherit the earth%26#039;. God did not create the earth simply for nothing and in Revelation he says that he will %26#039;put to ruin those ruining the earth%26#039;. In Ecclesiastes it says that the earth will remain forever%26#039;. -
I have also read that it is the end of the age
I believe that as we are now in or moving in to the age of Aquarius that people%26#039;s awareness will be greater and the death of old belief will give light to a new way of thinking.
People will begin to find truth with in themselves an let go of religious, material and age old text that mislead us and take us anyway from our spiritual evaluation xx
