Its a lane for people with eco cars so there%26#039;s less traffic congestion and they%26#039;re rewarded by being able to get to where they want to faster whilst saving the planet!
Or not, as the case may be - im personally not a believer that we%26#039;re the cause of global warming. theres an 800 year lag between temperature patterns and co2 patterns in the air. -
