It all depends on the individual and what TYPE of environment they mean to make safe. If they are meaning to make a safe environment for children then maybe their roll would be a cross walker, to report any strangers that appear to stalk a school, report of adults harassing children...etc.If the individual is meaning to make the environment safer then it%26#039;s best for the individual to make changes in their own house and what they do.
