What is the way to stop the neighbours from making noise? My life is totally miserable now. I live in a flat on 2nd floor and my neighbours live in upstairs of a housing building . The tenant recently using wooden floor and their children use to play in the room and they make a lot of noise everyday. The lady tenant use hard shoes while doing house hold work and makes annonoying sound which give me headache early morning. Housing association is not taking any swift action. While they walk, run or jump on the floor, its make sharp noise. Please advise me how can I get rid of this problem?
