In Montreal we traditionally see the streets clear of snow by March 25. Some snow will linger where it was piled as late as early May.Late as this may seem, the late frost date in Montreal is not much different from that in Toronto. The 95% confidence date is still June 6 for frost sensitive plants like tobacco or tomato. 75% 3 Votes
