where can i find details relating to Construction Safety . Like Risk assessments for lifting operation, Deep trench excavation , building construction, Helath and Safety plan .. tool box talks, Scaffolding erection... etc...

NIOSH and OSHA have web resources for most construction safety issues, at least the regulatory issues.

Risk assessment and management are dependent on regulatory compliance. If all operations are governed by a conservative interpretation of the regulations, risks are generally minimized.
