• It is actually making a comeback. Canada grows a great deal of industrial hemp.
  You can thank DOW Chemical, and the draconian US drug laws for it%26#039;s downfall. Nylon and polypropylene replaced it in most instances.
• The Government does not distinguish between male and female marijuana plants so both are illegal to own ,buy ,sell ,possess. It doesn%26#039;t matter if it has other uses.You are guilty of possession of pot. male does not contain the THC that the female does though.
