• well with the mountains it depends how high or low you are if you are to have solar power cars or anything else!! but there are many diffrent kind of cars that will help the enviorment!! like there would be kars that could run on water!! 1 gallon could run for 30 min!!

• Depends on how high the mountains are... Gas engines loose X amount of horsepower per foot above sea level. So your hybrid with what, 4 cylinder 100 something horsepower engine would be at a disadvantage. That only depends on your elevation tho
