Then Lets Continue not Buying as Long as You Can after that

Here%26#039;s another article on why it doesn%26#039;t work

  • sure but i like bkc99xx answer better
  • I think it%26#039;s a good idea because it shows congress that Americans collectively are concerned about buying gas from the Middle East. But as others mentioned, unless you drive less that week than normal, you will simply buy more gas just before or after. The weekly EIA gasoline inventories on the NYMEX are how traders adjust the price of RBOB gasoline (The stuff you buy at the pump). So, if you want the inventory numbers to go up for a week (causing prices to come down), you have to put off your normal gas buying a whole week. However, if you fill up more the next week, inventories will go down and prices will go back up.

Fill all your tires to 35 psi, Keep your speed under 65 mph, take excess weight out of your car, turn off your car if you think it will idle for more than 10 seconds, and if you are in the market for a new car or %26quot;new%26quot; used car make sure it has a manual transmission and gets the best gas mileage possible! You can look up those numbers on www.fueleconomy.gov

Or do like me and DON%26#039;T BUY GASOLINE ANYMORE AT ALL! I run all 3 of my families vehicles on used cooking oil from my neighborhood restaurant. 1986 Ford F250 pickup, 1997 Jetta TDI, 1985 Mercedes 300d. All very happy with no foreign oil in the tank, and I%26#039;m happy we%26#039;re helping to prevent global warming, and not requiring our soldiers to die in Iraq to fight for our oil. Look into it.
  • yes we should, might as well, it dropped 30 cents i think in the boycott from before
