Can I sell biodiesel to particulars making in it pass for regular vegetable oil to avoid taxes? I process biodiesel from restaurant wastes.

It is illegal to use untaxed fuel in your car. It is even more illegal to sell untaxed fuel to other people. If you start selling it, eventually you will be caught. 75% 3 Votes
